Since Noah outgrew his 13 CM Crocs, like I mentioned before on another post someplace (he had a blue Disney pair and also the green Disney ones). He is now on to size 14 CM ones. Now he has the Disney green and yellow ones in size 14 CM already. But he also needed a blue pair as well. To be fair, he had 2 pairs of Crocs in size 13 CM to begin with, but now since he has grown, he needed 2 new pairs of Crocs in the larger 14 CM size. So since he had the green pair, all we had to do, was locate a blue pair. We got him the pair in light blue the other day. I live near 2 fully stocked Crocs shops. Which is really odd, since I live way out in the middle of nowhere, but hey! It works, so be it! Ha ha ha! : )
I know must of us Crocs loving people, also collect the jibbitz, or shoe doodles. Us too! We love them! We have a lot already! I Imagine I will have even more when we get back from the states as well though. But in any case, this is what the boys have so far. Noah, has a Tootsie roll, (American chocolate chewy candy) and Junior Mints, again another American candy treat. Percy the train. Goofy, Donald, Mater from the movie Cars, Dori and Nemo from Finding Nemo. And a character from the muppets. Branden's are really cool! He has Spongebob, Sandy the Squirrel and Patrick from the Spongebob cartoon, A Tootsie roll as well, as the Junior Mints too. He also has a surf board, a palm tree and Stitch (those 3 are because, he was born in Hawaii) An American flag, because he's also American and though he lives in Japan where his dad is from, he should never forget, he is also American, and he doesn't! : ) And finally he has Kermit the Frog, because "hey it ain't easy being green!" I know some people might hate Crocs all together and to each their own. But we like them. And the jibbitz allow a person to sorta personalize their shoes, the way they like. To fit their personality! Which is why Noah's characters are a little bit more for smaller, younger kids then Branden's are. Branden has the jibbitz like Spongebob that bigger kids, his age are into. Kindergarten aged kids really love Spongebob, ha ha ha! : )
Meanwhile this mommy here, has been quietly decorating her pink feminine crocs with big flower jibbitz with pink rhinestones as the center of the flower as well! They are getting really decked out, in even more big pink flowers with rhinestones as we speak. : )
